Donor Subsidized funded spay/neuter surgeries are offered to families who fall within the Federal Poverty Guidelines or who participate in select government programs. Family size is the number of people in your household that are related. Please review the charts below to determine if your household qualifies for this program.

Proof of income can be one of the following: pay stub, W-2, employer verification, income tax statement or government program documentation as indicated below:
-qualify for AND
-receive AFDC
-receive unemployment compensation
-receive food stamps
-receive other government assistance
-have children on school lunch program
