Donor subsidized spay/neuter surgeries for dogs are offered to to families who fall within the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Family size is the number of people in your household that are related. Please review the charts below to determine if your household qualifies for this program. Income qualification is not required for cat spay/neuter surgeries.

Proof of income can be one of the following: pay stub, W-2, employer verification, income tax statement or government program documentation as indicated below:
Co-pay available for people who:
-qualify for AND
-receive AFDC
-receive unemployment compensation
-receive food stamps
-receive other government assistance
-have children on school lunch program
