Pueblo Animal Services is proud to offer a spay/neuter program for all local pet owners. Through this program, we hope to help decrease the pet overpopulation in the Pueblo region and save more lives. We offer affordable prices for spay and neuter surgeries through this program.
Colorado Pet Overpopulation Fund (CPOF)
Pueblo Animal Services frequently receives grant funding and donations to further assist local low income families with the cost of spay and neuter services. Qualification for this program is based on income or participation in select government programs. CPOF assistance is based on availability of funding. Please call 719-544-3005 for more information.
Qualification for CPOF services are based on income qualification using the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Customers are charged a modest “co-pay" for these services.
