Hi there, I’m a sweet older lady with a soft heart and an even softer spot for cozy naps and snuggles. I absolutely love being close to my people—whether that’s curling up next to you on the couch or keeping you company while you relax. Every now and then I’ll surprise you with a little burst of playfulness and show some interest in toys, but truthfully, I’m happiest just taking life at a slower, more peaceful pace.
One of my favorite things in the world is being groomed. I have beautiful long hair that needs daily brushing and combing to keep me looking and feeling my best, and I’ll happily soak up all that attention from you. It’s kind of our special bonding time!
I do like my personal space and have some pretty clear boundaries, especially when it comes to other cats. I haven’t been too interested in making feline friends so far, so I may do best as your one-and-only pet or with someone who’s patient and willing to go very slow with introductions. I’m not sure how I feel about dogs or kids yet, so a calm, quiet home might suit me best.
If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who will happily keep you company and appreciate the little things in life, I might just be your perfect match.
Inquiries are answered in the order received, and the foster parent will let you know your place in line if there are other interested adopters.
A meet-and-greet is required before adoption. Adopters should be available to meet within 48 hours of inquiring; otherwise, preference may be given to the next person in line who can meet sooner.
For everyone’s safety, current pets are not able to meet the foster animal before adoption.
After the meet-and-greet, you will have 24 hours to visit the HSPPR Adoptions Lobby (11:00am–4:30pm) to complete paperwork and finalize the adoption.
