HSPPR Records Request

On December 31, our Colorado Springs location will close at 5:00 p.m., and our Pueblo location will close at 4:00 p.m. On January 1, adoptions at both locations will be closed. Admissions and Lost and Found will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Animal Law Enforcement will be available for emergencies.

If you are looking for your pets’ adoption, reclaim, or medical records, please fill out this form. you should receive records by email within 48 hours. Please note that records can only be released to the owner attached to the animal’s records or requesting veterinary clinics.
