Autumn is a happy, active 1-year-old who loves fetch, tug-of-war, chew toys, and peanut butter treats. She’s friendly with strangers and may jump to say hello, but she responds well when corrected and absolutely soaks up affection. Autumn is crate trained and sits by the door when she needs to go outside.
She has lived successfully with children and truly loves kids, making her a wonderful family companion. She also adores other dogs and is currently thriving in a home with another large pup—she loves getting her energy out by playing with her foster sibling. This sweet girl is snuggly, affectionate, and especially appreciates a good booty scratch (it’s basically her love language).
Autumn is a little rolly polly in the cutest way and would do best with an active family or owner who can match her playful energy and keep her engaged. After playtime, she’s more than happy to curl up for cuddles and remind you just how loving she is.

Inquiries are answered in the order received, and the foster parent will let you know your place in line if there are other interested adopters.
A meet-and-greet is required before adoption. Adopters should be available to meet within 48 hours of inquiring; otherwise, preference may be given to the next person in line who can meet sooner.
For everyone’s safety, current pets are not able to meet the foster animal before adoption.
After the meet-and-greet, you will have 24 hours to visit the HSPPR Adoptions Lobby (11:00am–4:30pm) to complete paperwork and finalize the adoption.
