Maxwell needs a home without children or other pets!
Maxwell needed extra time and support to feel comfortable in the shelter. He’s not the type of cat who will immediately settle into a new home and would do best with experienced, cat-savvy adopters.
He’ll need a patient household willing to give him plenty of time and space to adjust, allowing him to build trust at his own pace without forcing interaction. With understanding and patience, he can thrive in a calm, supportive home.
On Tuesday, May 12, our Pueblo location will be closed from 10 a.m. to noon. On Wednesday, May 13, our Colorado Springs adoptions, lost and found, and admissions will be opening at 1:00 p.m. Our Pueblo location will be closing early at 4:00 p.m. Animal Law Enforcement will be available at both locations for emergencies.
