I am not currently at the shelter because I’m helping my kittens grow big and strong in a foster home! *Staff thinks I will be ready by Mid August*.
Cleopatra is a 10 month old Domestic shorthair. She has been an amazing mom for her three kittens. She has come a long way from the shy mama who came home with me on day one. She now wakes me up with hers purrs and will be found at my feet constantly wanting to be pet. She loves scratches and cuddles. Now that her kittens have found their independence she will relax in the sun. she loves her scratching post and big fluffy bed.
You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-302-8707; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed per animal.
Once I am ready to go home, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. I want to be healthy for our new life together!
