I am not currently at the shelter because I’m growing big and strong in a foster home! *Staff thinks I will be ready by mid August*. Missy is as sweet as they come! With her stunning, soulful eyes, she’s sure to steal your heart. She loves snuggling with her people just as much as she enjoys romping around with her siblings. Missy has a wonderful balance of playful and independent—she’s happy to join the fun but also enjoys a little quiet time to herself now and then. Curious and adventurous, she’s always ready to explore the world by your side. Missy would make a loving, loyal companion for just about any family.
You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-302-8707; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed per animal.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. I want to be healthy for our new life together!
