I am not currently at the shelter because I’m growing big and strong in a foster home! *Staff thinks I will be ready by early-mid September*. Meet Queen B! She is part human part dog, will sit politely at the table waiting to be served and if her food differs from what you are eating she will beg like a dog. Super sweet, good with dogs but horrible jumper so no house that she would need to run away from dogs. Not much of a cat like reflexes with her. Not loud at nights but will talk during the day to make sure she gets human food.
You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-302-8707; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed per animal.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. I want to be healthy for our new life together!
