Terrence is an incredibly sweet, social puppy who makes friends wherever he goes! He loves playing with other dogs, enjoys a good game of tug-of-war, and is always ready for fun. After he’s burned off his puppy energy, he’s happiest curling up beside you for a cuddle. Terrence is also a very smart boy—he’s catching on to potty training and learning to navigate stairs faster than most puppies his age. With his playful personality, affectionate nature, and quick mind, Terrence is sure to make a wonderful addition to a loving home.

You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-302-8707; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed per animal.
Once I am old enough to go home, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. I want to be healthy for our new life together!
