Meet Milo! He is a cozy, petite, and adorable little guy who would make a wonderful addition to a loving home. He’s gentle, calm, and quiet, and his favorite things include taking long naps, cuddling, and playing with a string 🙂 He may be a bit shy, but will quickly feel comfortable and create a nice routine with you. Milo will reward you with a loving bond that’s truly special. If you have room in your heart and home for this sweet little boy, Milo will fill your days with sweetness, companionship, and plenty of joy.
I am not currently at the shelter because I’m growing big and strong in a foster home! *Staff thinks I will be ready by mid-late September*.
You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-302-8707; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed per animal.
Once I am old enough to go home, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. I want to be healthy for our new life together!
