Meet Mr. Sweet Ash! This handsome little guy is even cuter in person—his photos simply don’t do him justice! He can be a little shy when first meeting new people and feels most confident when he has his brothers nearby. Once he settles in and gets comfortable, though, his sweet personality really shines.
Mr. Sweet Ash loves a good belly rub and is happy to curl up on your lap for a cozy nap. He’s a sensitive little guy who finds comfort in his feline family and can get worried when he can’t find his brothers.

You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-302-8707; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed per animal.
Once I am old enough to go home, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. I want to be healthy for our new life together!
