Jersey is a sweet, laid-back boy who loves spending time with his people, making new friends, playing outside, and catching plenty of naps! He has lived with other dogs his size and a cat and did well, though he may chase cats who run from him, so slow introductions with any new feline friends will be important. He has also lived with young children. Jersey is potty and crate trained. Overall, Jersey is a social, affectionate boy who loves being part of the family!

Inquiries are answered in the order received, and the foster parent will let you know your place in line if there are other interested adopters.
A meet-and-greet is required before adoption. Adopters should be available to meet within 48 hours of inquiring; otherwise, preference may be given to the next person in line who can meet sooner.
For everyone’s safety, current pets are not able to meet the foster animal before adoption.
After the meet-and-greet, you will have 24 hours to visit the HSPPR Adoptions Lobby (11:00am–4:30pm) to complete paperwork and finalize the adoption.
